Investing.com – Greece stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Athens, the declined 0.34%.
The best performers of the session on the were Elton S.A. (AT:), which rose 6.17% or 0.11 points to trade at 1.82 at the close. Meanwhile, Crete Plastics SA (AT:) added 4.93% or 0.70 points to end at 14.90 and Intracom Holdings SA (AT:) was up 2.22% or 0.07 points to 2.99 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Intralot (AT:), which fell 2.73% or 0.03 points to trade at 1.07 at the close. Eurobank Ergasias SA (AT:) declined 2.43% or 0.05 points to end at 2.01 and Lamda Develop (AT:) was down 1.88% or 0.14 points to 7.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Athens Stock Exchange by 73 to 50 and 15 ended unchanged.
Gold Futures for December delivery was up 0.32% or 8.75 to $2,738.75 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in December rose 1.25% or 0.86 to hit $69.55 a barrel, while the December Brent oil contract rose 1.05% or 0.77 to trade at $73.83 a barrel.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.27% to 1.08, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.14% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.31% at 103.63.
