David and Victoria Beckham Celebrate Estranged Son Brooklyn’s 27th Birthday Amid Family Feud

David and Victoria Beckham are celebrating their son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham’s 27th birthday despite a highly publicized family feud.

“Happy Birthday Bust,” David, 50, shared via Instagram Stories on Wednesday, March 4, referring to his nickname for Brooklyn. The father and son duo have famously called each other “Buster,” which David has tattooed on his neck.

“Love you x,” David concluded his post, sharing a throwback black-and-white photo of himself and Brooklyn. Rather than tagging his son, Victoria’s Instagram handle was added to the post.

Victoria, 51, shared a birthday tribute of her own.

“Happy birthday Brooklyn, we love you so much,” the fashion designer wrote. She posted an old photo of herself and David with Brooklyn in the pool.

She shared a second photo, holding Brooklyn as a baby.

“Happy 27th birthday Brooklyn, I love you so much,” she captioned the post. Brooklyn has yet to share or react to the birthday posts.

David and Victoria’s respective birthday tributes come nearly two months after Brooklyn took to social media with a lengthy statement slamming his family amid their ongoing feud. (David and Victoria are also parents to Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14.)

“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private,” Brooklyn wrote on January 19. “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”

He added, “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”

Brooklyn alleged that David and Victoria “controlled” the narratives about their family for his entire life, claiming there have been “performative social media posts” and “inauthentic relationships.”

Rumors of a family feud between the Beckhams started swirling ahead of Brooklyn’s 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz Beckham.

“Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of the innocent people, to preserve their own facade,” Brooklyn continued. “But I believe the truth always comes out.”

Brooklyn claimed that David and Victoria have been trying “endlessly to ruin my relationship” since it started. He also addressed longtime rumors that there were issues between Victoria and Nicola, 31, over her wedding dress.

“My mum cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress,” he claimed in January, even though these rumors were previously denied.

Brooklyn also referred to himself as a victim of “endless attacks from my parents” publicly and privately. He further alleged that Nicola has been “consistently disrespected” by his family

“For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief,” Brooklyn wrote. “My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”
