They match wits and ‘fits.
Fashion icon Jenna Lyons twinned with her fiancée, photographer and artist Cass Bird, at the Altuzarra spring 2026 show. Sporting beige utility pants and ivory tops, the couple took their front row seats in the historic Woolworth Building venue and traded wisecracks.
“It’s a collaboration,” specified RHONY star Lyons of their color-synced ensembles. “We don’t wear the same thing. It’s a coordination.”
“She wants to be in identical clothing,” said Bird. “Don’t even listen to that.”
The partners, who went Instagram official in summer 2023 and revealed their engagement and Lyons’ massive ring last fall, are still in the preliminary phases of planning their big day.
“We’re trying to sort out our wedding outfits,” said Bird. “And then we’ll do the prenup and then we’ll do the post-nup. We have the venue, but there are so many steps! We also have to get better fighting styles,” she joked.
“Baby, you can stop talking,” interjected Lyons, to no avail.
The wedding date has not been set – yet.
“It’s between, like, six months and 20 years,” quipped Bird. “Probably not six months because we haven’t done the other things.”
When it comes to the pair’s wedding wear, Joseph Altuzarra’s runway could serve as inspo. Although it was a ready-to-wear collection with pieces for day and night, the talented French-American designer sent out a number of stunningly inventive confections in shades of white. There was a romantic ivory gown adorned with fluttering floral appliqués, a champagne sequin drape-neck dress and a filmy cream dress with a hula hoop silhouette and puff sleeves.
Wedding guests will also be spoiled for choice at Altuzarra. Kai Schreiber, the model daughter of Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber, strutted her stuff in a pale green 3D flower gown, perfect for a garden reception (or a cocktail party in the city). Liquid silk dresses with hand-painted floral prints would be equally ravishing at any event.
“I love how he really looked at nature and used embellishments and detail and textures,” said the original fashion influencer Olivia Palermo. “It was so beautiful in a really subtle way.”
Many will say “I do” to his designs.
