The fashion designer found dead on a boat at a Long Island yacht club had “only trace amounts” of cocaine in her system, her family’s autopsy reportedly found, appearing to clash with a statement by cops.

Suffolk County authorities investigating the baffling case have said glamorous Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, 33, most likely died of an overdose after her body was discovered on the boat, which was moored at the Montauk Yacht Club, on Aug. 4.

Police cited a white powdery substance near her body and “no signs of violence.” But they also have remained tight-lipped on further details, claiming they are awaiting the final results of their own official autopsy.

Nolan-O’Slatarra’s family meanwhile had a separate autopsy conducted on her body, and a source close to her relatives told the Daily Mail, “There was no indication of drugs in her system that would have killed her.

“There were only trace amounts of cocaine. And it could have been in her system for days.”

The family’s autopsy didn’t show a cause of death, only indicating Nolan-O’Slatarra was a “young and healthy woman,” the source told the outlet.

“There was no obvious cause of death, no blunt force trauma, no trauma, no signs of strangulation,” according to the source.

The lawyer representing Nolan-O’Slatarra’s family, Arthur Aidala, picked up his phone when a Post reporter called Friday afternoon, but the call was dropped soon after a reporter asked about the second autopsy.

Aidala did not return messages seeking comment.

But he previously pushed back against speculation that Nolan-O’Slatarra overdosed.

“Something doesn’t make sense here,” Aidala argued in an interview in mid-November. “But we’re hanging back and letting law enforcement do their job.”

Suffolk County authorities have denied The Post’s legal request for public documents related to her autopsy and toxicology reports, claiming they are “restricted to specific entities.”

The Irish immigrant was meeting with investor and boat owner Christopher Durnan, 60, to talk business before her death.

While Nolan-O’Slatarra wanted to meet with Durnan about a possible investment in her company, East x East, a family source claimed to the Mail that the insurance bigwig was intent on the evening being a “romantic interlude.

“He was the one driving the boat as to when and where they were meeting,” the source claimed.

Durnan’s lawyer, Robert Holdman, told New York magazine earlier this month that the pair’s meeting was only about business, though he claimed the two also “actually dated.”

He then backtracked on that label when asked for more information by the publication, claiming Durnan told him he loved Nolan-O’Slatarra as a friend and that he wasn’t involved in a “hard relationship” with her.

Durnan claimed he and Nolan-O’Slatarra were sitting on the boat when she suddenly went limp and that he unsuccessfully tried to revive her by performing CPR, his lawyer said, according to NY mag.

The legal rep also told the outlet Durnan was naked as he screamed for help in the aftermath because Nolan-O’Slatarra’s vomit was all over his clothes.

“Chris is distraught,” Holdman said. “He watched his friend die in trauma. He’s absolutely destroyed.”

A Post message for Holdman on Friday was not returned.
